Innovation in Practice
A structured ideation workshop for teams who need to think differently — and act on it.
Most teams don't lack ideas. They lack a process for finding the right ones. Innovation in Practice is a 3-hour online workshop that gives participants a repeatable toolkit for generating, filtering, and developing ideas that actually go somewhere.
No fluff. No brainstorming-into-the-void. Just three powerful techniques and one surprising thinking partner.
Core Techniques
Lotus Blossom
A structured ideation method that starts with one central challenge and expands outward in layers. Forces quantity before quality — and consistently surfaces ideas that pure discussion misses.
Insight to Impact
A diagnostic framework that separates symptoms from root causes. Participants learn to move from "we noticed something" to "here's the opportunity" — a critical skill for innovation that sticks.
The Double Diamond
A design-thinking model used by some of the world's best product and strategy teams. Teaches participants when to diverge (explore everything) and when to converge (commit to one direction) — so they solve the right problem, not just any problem.
AI as a Thinking Partner
The session ends with a live demonstration of how AI tools can challenge assumptions, stress-test ideas, and accelerate ideation. Participants leave knowing how to use AI not as an answer machine, but as a creative sparring partner.
What It Reveals
How your team currently approaches new problems — and where they get stuck. Whether they're solving the right problem. Which team members have untapped creative capacity. How much thinking time gets wasted on the wrong divergence/convergence sequence.
Who It's For
Teams navigating change. Managers who need to lead creative problem-solving but don't have a structured approach. L&D cohorts working on innovation, growth mindset, or business insight competencies. Anyone who's sat through a brainstorm that went nowhere.
Ideal group size: 8–30 participants.
Format: 3 hours, fully online.
